Graduate Teacher in Training
Sarah Jones graduated from LIPA Sixth Form in July 2018 with a 3 Distinction Star Extended Level 3 Diploma in Popular Music Performance. With 15 years of experience as a performer and songwriter, performing in a solo capacity and as part of a number of collaborative projects across the North West and Wales, Sarah joined the Pro Vox Teacher Training programme in the Summer of 2021.
Since completing her studies at LIPA, Sarah has focused on developing her solo career through live performance, artist exposure, song writing and recording. She is an active performer and well known on the Liverpool Acoustic Scene. (SLJ Music) During her time training at LIPA she also trained with our Director Carrie on Advanced Vocal Technique across 2017-2018 taking part in Pro Vox Showcases.
Sarah is currently finishing up training and observations in-house at Pro Vox in preparation of working with children and beginner adults from October 2021. Alongside her continued teacher training with our Director Carrie, Sarah is also currently completing her Level 2 NCFE accredited qualification with Vocal Health Education as a Vocal Health First Aider. She will be taking her Teaching Diploma in Popular Vocals with the London College of Music in 2022.
Any student's working with Sarah will gain the opportunity to take part in our annual live performances every Christmas/Summer, along with LCM vocal exams. Students also have access to our Advanced Teacher and Director Carrie, who works closely with Sarah to ensure the best possible training and opportunities for students of Pro Vox.
