About Megan



Megan is a highly skilled Liverpool-based singer who has trained extensively under the guidance of our Director, Carrie. After completing her BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Music Performance at Hugh Baird College in 2015, Megan has dedicated herself to songwriting and gaining performance and industry experience both as part of a band and as a solo artist. Recently, she earned her BSc in Occupational Therapy, which she completed while continuing to progress as a performer and vocal teacher with Pro Vox. Megan aims to combine her vocal teaching and occupational therapy expertise to assist professional performers in her forthcoming Master's studies.

As a performer, Megan specializes in pop, rock, and acoustic songwriting genres. While she remains an active songwriter, she currently focuses on developing her expertise in vocal training and vocal health to guide a diverse range of vocalists across the Merseyside area.


Since beginning her teacher training with our Director, Carrie, in July 2017, Megan has acquired advanced skills in vocal technique and anatomy. She started teaching for Pro Vox in September 2017, initially working with beginner vocalists. Over the past eight years, Megan has provided one-on-one teaching to a diverse range of singers, including those with educational needs and neurodiversity's.


Megan completed her Teaching Diploma in Popular Vocals with the London College of Music in 2019, achieving high approval grades. In 2023, she qualified as a Vocal Health First Aider with Vocal Health Education.


As our Co-Director and newly appointed Pre-Advanced vocal teacher, Megan is available for bookings and is highly recommended for vocalists looking to improve their ability and confidence. Megan is an ideal choice for intermediate to advanced singers, those new or returning to vocal technique training, individuals struggling with vocal fatigue or effort, and those interested in power vocals and navigating teen voice changes.



Any students working with Megan will gain the opportunity to take part in our live performances throughout the year, along with LCM vocal exams. Students also have access to our Advanced Teacher and Director Carrie, who works closely with Megan to ensure the very best possible training and opportunities for students of Pro Vox.
